This is one of my diet staples (and not the kind that you pay $20 for at brunch). I much prefer the make-at-home avocado toast. It's a staple when I want a hearty snack.
Toasted some gluten free bread and topped with a bit of olive oil, sea salt, and a perfectly ripe avocado. Try adding more herbs and spices to the top (cilantro, cumin, lemon juice)
Health Stuff: Avocado is a great source of potassium + a bunch of vitamins and minerals + good fat (plant based = unsaturated fat = 👍🏽)
