I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition*, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources. I specialize in working with busy professionals who seek optimal health to support other goals related to family and relationships, professional growth and career potential.
In addition to my training in integrative nutrition health coaching, I have my graduate degree in public health (MPH) from Dartmouth where I studied public health (including nutrition, chronic disease prevention, and population health). I have an undergraduate degree in International Relations and spent the early part of my career working in non-profit and for-profit mission driven organizations. I have pulled some long days in order to meet deadlines and create quality work under pressure. I've learned that balance is key and that we are not meant to function on 4 hours of sleep a night + several cups of coffee during the day. It's taken me several years to figure out the balance that works for my personal health and wellness. I have traveled extensively through the United States and overseas (Asia, Europe, Latin America) and I have a high degree of cultural awareness and intercultural sensitivity.
As a coach, I put the power back in your hands. My goal is to tie together my experiences working internationally and in various professional contexts to help you create a life that feels balanced and nourishing.
